Review Process

CSE follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest standards of academic integrity and quality standards. The submission and review process includes the following steps:

Initial Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts, ensuring all identifying information is removed from the manuscript to maintain anonymity. Authors must follow the guidelines for citations and formatting as outlined here.

Editorial Assessment: The editorial team conducts an initial review to check for alignment with the journal’s scope and suitability.

Reviewer Assignment: The editorial team selects suitable experts in the field to evaluate the manuscript. Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout the process.

Peer Review: Assigned reviewers provide detailed feedback on the manuscript, assessing its originality, methodology, validity, and contribution to the field.

Decision: Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the editor decides whether to accept the article for publication, request revisions, or reject the manuscript. For revisions, the process involves further rounds of review.

Publication: Accepted manuscripts undergo copy editing, proofreading, and formatting before publication.
